V on Broadway – Grand Opening!

V on Broadway is a newly constructed, spacious 90-unit multifamily property located in an Opportunity Zone within Tempe, AZ. The property, which opened for residents in December of 2020, offers contemporary floor plans, ample parking, a pool, fitness center and a mid-century modern-style lobby.

V on Broadway was funded by Virtua Partner’s investors with development and construction executed by Virtua’s affiliate Quyp Development. The project was completed on time and on budget and in compliance with the CDC’s COVID requirements.

As of today, three leases have been signed, one has moved in, and one lease is pending. All are secured rentals with deposits collected. The on-site property manager expects to close approximately fourteen leases each month and we expect to attract more traffic as the holiday season ends.
