Virtua Capital Management, LLC (VCM) oversees the capital formation functions, investor administration, and securities compliance for Virtua Partners-sponsored investment funds. Virtua Capital Management also oversees fund structuring, fund accounting, fund administration, offering materials generation, marketing collateral, fund marketing, issuer sales for the investment funds, and building and maintaining investor relations domestically and abroad.

Virtua Capital Management primarily generates revenue through investment management agreements with the funds under management. Management fees are dependent on the volume of assets under management.
