Clear Vista Management manages the real property assets that are sponsored by Virtua Partners. Asset and property management duties include tenant relations, investor reporting, tax preparation, leasing negotiations, tenant improvement construction oversight, leasing broker management, budget creation, and property management.
Clear Vista Management earns fees through asset and property management agreements with individual projects. Clear Vista also earns fees through leasing and construction oversight. Clear Vista has a predictable and steady stream of income that is directly tied to the amount of assets under management.
Quinn’s Asset Management portfolio consists of over 2.7MM square feet of commercial real estate nationwide. Prior to her current roles within the fully-integrated real estate firms, Quinn was the Director of Business Development for a commercial real estate workout firm in San Diego, CA where she worked on more than $2B of TIC investments. Quinn was also a partner at a San Diego based construction and development firm, where she worked on development projects with government agencies, including the California Department of Parks and Recreation and the City of Pittsburg, California Redevelopment Agency.
Chief Operating Officer
Wade has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, previously serving in executive roles in asset management, investment, and development, and brings institutional-quality skills and understanding of asset value maximization to the team. Wade’s prior experience includes acquisitions and due diligence, financial analysis, project management, equity and debt partner relationship-building, hard and soft-cost budgeting, dispositions, and oversight of interior and exterior renovation programs to add value and reposition assets. Wade graduated with a BA in Economics from UCSD, and a MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from SDSU.
Samantha began work at California Title Company where she worked with some of the top real estate agents in the country closing multi-million dollar residential real estate transactions across the nation. Samantha then joined BluFi Lending, a direct mortgage lender, before bringing her transaction and customer service experience to a national real estate consulting firm where she focused on new Business Development. Samantha graduated with high distinction from UCSD earning her B.A. by double majoring in Communications and Literature.
