Versant underwrites transactions for the Virtua organization, serves as the acquisitions and dispositions broker (including due diligence), and provides restructuring advisory services to third party clients.

Quinn’s Asset Management portfolio consists of over 2.7MM square feet of commercial real estate nationwide. Prior to her current roles within the fully-integrated real estate firms, Quinn was the Director of Business Development for a commercial real estate workout firm in San Diego, CA where she worked on more than $2B of TIC investments. Quinn was also a partner at a San Diego based construction and development firm, where she worked on development projects with government agencies, including the California Department of Parks and Recreation and the City of Pittsburg, California Redevelopment Agency.
Lloyd Kendall Jr.
Lloyd is the Chairman and co-founder of Bay Commercial bank. He is a lawyer and has practiced in the bay area since 1978, specializing in real estate and tax law. His specialty is tax free exchanges and related matters. After leaving the IRS, Lloyd founded Lawyers Asset Management, Inc. acting as a “Qualified Intermediary” for tax free exchanges under §1031(a) of the Internal Revenue Code; in 2006, his company merged with Commercial Capital Bank. He served as tax counsel for several title companies and was the President of Equity Investment Exchange, Inc., a competitor owned by Mercury Title Companies of Colorado. Lloyd is the author of 1031 Exchange Concepts, a treatise on tax deferred investment strategies.
Mr. Mueller is a licensed real estate broker and mortgage loan originator. Matt Mueller brings over 16 years of capital markets and investment real estate experience, including more than 500 completed transactions. As a broker, he structured a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including investment, syndication, and development opportunities. Matt handled feasibility analyses for Fortune 500 companies as well as institutional and private investor clients.
Director of Finance
Matt Williams supports the finance efforts at Versant and has over a decade of experience in real estate transactions, development, and operations. Matt began his career as an analyst with a residential developer, successfully acquiring and closing out over ten projects for more than $500 Million in revenue. Most recently, Matt was responsible for the budgeting, analysis, and reporting of a $7 Billion multi-state commercial retail real estate portfolio comprising 30 Million square feet of leasable space. Additionally, in that role, he underwrote close to $1 Billion in transactions. Matt holds a B.S. from San Diego State University, majoring in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting.
